Gronac is a small project with a simple goal: give you a real executive assistant for your meetings — a face, a voice, a mind — so you don't have to attend every single one yourself.
It started with too many meetings that didn't need us — just someone paying attention.
Gronac is built by Simple Hire AI, LLC, a small team working on AI tools for hiring and conversation. We kept running into the same problem ourselves: so many calls — recurring status updates, webinars, check-ins — needed a person on the line, but not necessarily that person, and definitely not all of our attention.
So we built an executive assistant. An AI avatar that joins a real video call, with a real face and voice, listens to what's said, and responds — live, not scripted. Brief it once and it can take notes silently, ping you the moment a topic you care about comes up, ask the question you actually care about, or deliver your update and field the follow-ups.
What you're looking at is an early, working version of that idea. We're still building — but it already shows up, listens, and talks back.

Always says it's AI
Every Gronac avatar introduces itself as an AI the moment it joins a call. No exceptions, no fine print — people deserve to know who they're talking to.
Real conversation, not scripts
Gronac listens and responds live. It can go off-script, answer follow-up questions, and adapt — because a recording can't have a conversation.
Built around your time
You shouldn't have to choose between two meetings, or sacrifice your evening for a status update someone else could relay. Gronac is built to give that time back.
So many meetings. So little to show for them.
The average week is full of calls that need a presence more than they need full, undivided attention — the status update you could recite in your sleep, the call that runs long past the part that mattered to you, the second meeting stacked on top of the first one you were already late for.
None of that time comes back. Gronac exists so more of it can — sit in, listen, speak when it matters, and hand you back what you actually needed from the hour you didn't have to spend.
